Terms & conditions.

Effective from: November 2025

By engaging with Alahara Creative (“we”, “our”, “us”) you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide website design, marketing, administrative support, digital design, and ritual/ceremonial offerings as described on our website.

2. Payments & Invoicing

  • All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required for all quoted work before commencement.

  • Remaining payments are due upon agreed milestones or before project completion and handover.

  • Hourly services are invoiced weekly unless otherwise arranged.

  • Work will pause if invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.

3. Revisions

Design and web projects include up to two rounds of minor revisions. Additional edits outside this scope will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of final designs, copy and websites transfers to the client after final payment. Alahara Creative retains the right to showcase work in portfolios or social media.

5. Timelines & Communication

Projects progress best through clear communication. Please respond to emails and content requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.

6. Energetic Integrity

All offerings are delivered with intention, care and sacred practice. We ask clients to enter collaboration with mutual respect and alignment.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with all work, Alahara Creative is not responsible for indirect losses, errors outside our control or third party platform issues.
